Your next steps depend on what platform you use and how you currently pay for your subscription.

 

IF YOU ARE SUBSCRIBED VIA THE APP STORE

1. Go to the app store
2. Tap 'My Account' (top right icon)
3. Tap 'Subscriptions'
4. Under 'Active', tap 'TRC' and then tap the ‘Cancel Subscription' button
5. Come back to this post and click here to 'Register As A New Customer'
6. Tap ‘Subscribe’ on the Platinum package and follow the prompts

 

For all other methods, you can update your subscription on the app or website.

 

UPDATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION VIA THE TRC APP

1. Open the menu from the top right corner and tap your username
2. Tap the 'Subscription' tab and then tap the ‘Manage Subscription’ button
3. Tap ‘Subscribe’ on the Platinum package and follow the prompts

 

UPDATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION VIA THE TRC WEBSITE

1. Log in to the TRC website
2. Click My Account
3. Click ‘Change subscription’
4. Click 'Subscribe' on the Platinum package and follow the prompts

Initially, Racing Central will be available only as an app, with plans to rebuild the website in the near future.

We will send an email when we launch on May 16, at which point you will need to update your version of the app to access all your new features.

In the meantime, you’ll be able to access everything currently available in the TRC Platinum package including Previews & Bets as well as Live Yard.

NB - This subscription will commence immediately upon purchase.

 

What happens if I do nothing?

If you are on weekly or monthly plan, your subscription will end on May 16 2024 at which point you will need to subscribe to a new package at standard rates to access premium features. Quarterly and annual subscriptions will be active until their expiry.
