Vandyke lauds Baccarat Baby after Guineas romp
8 months agoDavid Vandyke has lavished praise on Baccarat Baby after the filly's dominant win in Saturday's Group 3 Sunshine Coast Guineas.
The daughter of Casino Prince relished the Heavy10 conditions, scoring by two-and-half lengths under Michael Hellyer.
"She's fantastic, gee she's tough," Vandyke told Racing Queensland. "She's been in work since November, she's had four starts here and won them all, and won a Listed and a Group race.
"She did it tough and her class prevailed.
"I wish I had a stable full of them."
Junipal ran second, while Zavrance filled third.
What a win!
