More talented youngsters to leave Australian shores

Group 1 Australian Guineas runner-up Hawkshot and G3 winner Stronger are the latest Australian horses to be sold to Hong Kong.

Champion Australian trainer John Size will train Hawkshot - a gelded son of Fiorente.

Hawkshot was originally trained by Darren Weir, before being transferred to Lindsay Park. They also prepare Power Scheme, which won the Listed Fernhill Stakes at Randwick last month.

Hawkshot was raced by Sun Stud and boasts three wins and four placings from 10 starts, with his biggest victory being the G2 Autumn Stakes.

The three-year-old was handed a wildcard in the All-Star Mile earlier this year. He finished seventh.

Talented two-year-old colt Stronger will join Hawkshot in Hong Kong, after he was also sold.

Aussie John Moore will train the son of Not A Single Doubt.

Stronger was trained by Team Snowden and won the G3 Ken Russell Memorial Classic at the Gold Coast last time out.

Arrogant, Extra Brut, Surely Sacred, Millard Reaction, Prince Of Sussex and Global Exchange have all been sold to Asia in the past couple of months.
