Rail went back in the true and it played to the front. I suggest being forgiving of those forced to make runs three wide or deeper.

Race 1 Ladbrokes Hcp 1500m

Strong win by CASTILLIAN who was sent forward and maintained a very strong gallop to record a comprehensive win. RED SUN SENSATION was forced to make a wide run and peaked late, that was against the pattern of the day and I suggest being forgiving of him. MAJOR BEEL was off the bit early but picked up late. They did run time here so respecting this race but at the same time I'm not entirely convinced.

Race 3 Inglis Ready2race Sale Oct. 11 1200m

SHALAMAN led them and aided by the pattern he was able to get the result. SIR JUGGERNAUT was slow out and his chances ended there, he was forced to make a wide lopping run and I think he's worth following as likely goes up big odds next time. AMENABLE and SIR BAILEY both hit the line well to indicate they will be suited to 1400m next start. Keeping an eye on all three of them next start.

Race 4 Clamms Seafood Feehan Stakes 1600m

MR BRIGHTSIDE could not have been more impressive here, the scary thing is that he keeps getting better. He looks in for an enormous spring. Keeping an eye on SOUND as he will be suited to much further, his work late wasn't too bad at all.

Race 5 Mitty's Mcewen Stakes 1000m

ROTHFIRE took the drop on the two leaders and came with a well timed run to get the result. ZOUSTYLE was brave in defeat. COOLANGATTA well be better suited back against her won age and gender. SEMILLION began well, then had to snick and I thought his run was probably run of the race. THE INFERNO bided his own time out the back and showed his customary finish to run on well.

Race 6 Musk Creek Farm Atlantic Jewel 1200m

Another race controlled from the front given the bias. REVOLUTIONARY MISS was forced to make a wide looping run and was run of the race in my opinion. There are no standouts amongst this lot, and suspect further challengers emerge as some of these head towards the Thousand Guineas.

Race 8 Drummond Golf Hcp 1600m

MILITARY EXPERT was certainly aided by the pattern of the day but he ran them ragged and ran good time. UNCLE BRYN ran well but even off a different pattern, all honours to the winner. DARK DREAM wasn't suited at all here but ran quite well, keeping an eye on him as his preparation builds.
